The San Diego Sharks are looking for a confident, high-energy Crowd Ambassador to own the microphone and keep fans engaged from doors open to the final buzzer. If you’re quick on your feet, love performing live, and know how to read a crowd, this is your chance to be the personality that drives the game-night experience.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the in-arena host, engaging fans throughout the game
Emcee promotions, contests, giveaways, and sponsor integrations
Maintain energy during timeouts, breaks in play, and halftime
Work closely with game operations, DJ, mascot, and production team
Adapt in real time to game flow, crowd energy, and live cues

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience in hosting, broadcasting, emceeing, or live events preferred
Strong stage presence and clear, confident microphone delivery
Natural charisma with the ability to hype a crowd without overpowering the game
Strong understanding of basketball with the ability to comment intelligently on the action
Quick thinker who can improvise and stay composed in live environments
Reliable and punctual — must arrive 45 minutes before tip-off
